What I find interesting in the first 6 days of this habit is that I am falling behind on my additional exercises. Everything else is going smoothly.

The exercises are in addition to doing Crossfit five times each week. These are intended for after-workout extras and I’m just not hitting the 1.5 extra movements daily I want to. This is a good backlog to crank through this week though. Might be tough if the snow is good on the ski hill.


❏ Build a flatter, more iPhone-esque Bonavika icon (Due Dec 6, 2015)

❏ Build backlog for Alpha (Due Dec 6, 2015)

Get Fit

❏ HSPU – 5×5 with 45# plate (Due Nov 24, 2015)

❏ MU – 5×5 ring rows (from the ground) (Due Nov 25, 2015)

❏ Pistol – 5,4,3,2,1,2,3,4,5 on 24″ box (Due Nov 26, 2015)

❏ HSPU – 5,4,3,2,1,2,3,4,5 with 45# plate (Due Nov 26, 2015)

❏ MU – 5×5 ring kips (Due Nov 30, 2015)

❏ Pistol – 5×5 on 20″ box (Due Dec 1, 2015)

❏ MU – 10 jumping kips (Due Dec 2, 2015)

Rings should be at chin-level to start, work my way up from there until I can do 10

❏ HSPU – 5x max handstand time (Due Dec 4, 2015)

30 seconds each

❏ Pistol – 5×5 roll to standing (Due Dec 5, 2015)

❏ Run (Due Dec 6, 2015)
