Up early for the gym today as I have early meetings. I try to avoid going to the gym this early, I much prefer 7:30. Going this early also means I grabbed food on the go, never a good thing.
I managed to eat a salad for lunch, good call. But dinner… Ugh burger and fries. That’s my first big slip up. That said, back on the wagon; usually after a diet misstep I eat badly for a few days. Reminder – no cheat days.
