Weight held steady at 224.6 which is fine; beats going the other way. I’m nervous about today as I didn’t pack a lunch. When I pack food and snacks I can stay on track, little willpower needed. Hitting cafeterias is a lot harder as it’s easiest to grab bad food, quickly.

Dinner was taco salad. Few glasses of wine. Fell asleep around 10pm, still need to get better about sleeping earlier.
