They say a journey starts with a single step. I know from the past that setting a big goal three months out doesn’t work.

Small goals do: my short term goal is simple, record what I eat and drink Monday through Friday this week. Yes, I will attempt to be paleo, yes I will try to keep carbs down. But a small goal, record the intake for five days.

Funny, this was meant for the fitness site, I fumbled with Tumblr posting again.
