Day One Entry: Jan 21, 2014

Back on LoseIt again. Setting goals isn’t working, having a system (eg recording what I eat) does. Even when I am not blogging my food or competing the simple act of recording changes what I eat and drink. It works for me, I always get leaner when I use the app.

LoseIt isn’t perfect. I wish it allowed for photos. I don’t care about calories, I wish I could turn those off. But it’s the best app I’ve found so far.
