Okay, we will write off those two days

July 3rd was reasonably healthy in terms of food and exercise. A little over the top celebrating the long weekend. I didn’t stick to my 2 glasses of wine goal but I didn’t drink beer either.

July 4th was good on exercise as we did a 2x “Bradshaw” workout at Crossfit as a partner workout. Pretty tough. Couple of beers afterwards as we all chatted about plans for the 4th. Nice healthy food for our barbecue, could have reduced the wine consumption a bit.

Rest day today. Taking it easy, mellowing out.
