Tuesday, failed on the goal

Food choices were mostly solid: ham and cheese scramble for breakfast. Chowder and an apple for lunch. Snickerdoodle with coffee, really need to avoid the coffee bars as I struggle to skip the pastry/cookie if it is there and I’m hungry. Wild boar sliders for dinner with a few fries (uh oh), two glasses of wine and… Dang, 2.5 beers.

July goal of no beer went out the window pretty quickly. So there is only one thing to do: try a little harder today.
