Pre-Crossfit fueling this morning. I am still trying to find the perfect food. If it’s an early, early morning workout than I skip food and just crank. But mid-morning I know I’ll want something in my stomach.

For a long time my staple was high fat European-style yogurt with a touch of honey. Worked pretty well, no stomach issues. But I’m trying to cut out dairy for a few weeks to see what that does to my weight.

Today: scoop of peanut butter, hard-boiled egg, and two espressos
