Smart — at the water fountain at Crystal Mountain there is a filling spout for bottles.

Huckleberry ice cream on the drive to the cabin. This is mandatory. I will write more about that later.

White wine and god love it some popcorn. If that stuff is so evil why is it so easy to eat?

Dinner was a rib eye steak, some greens, and half an ear of corn on the cob. Split a bottle of red wine. Lots of sparkling water and a fairly early bed time.

Proud for doing a partner WOD Rx by myself. Not so proud that I can hardly stand unassisted right now.

Dead lifts were tough, kettle bell swings were somehow worse.

The panini is off-diet. But after a hard Crossfit workout I was shaking and in need of calories. It did the trick.

Steak was leftover grass fed rib eye.

Pre-Crossfit fueling this morning. I am still trying to find the perfect food. If it’s an early, early morning workout than I skip food and just crank. But mid-morning I know I’ll want something in my stomach.

For a long time my staple was high fat European-style yogurt with a touch of honey. Worked pretty well, no stomach issues. But I’m trying to cut out dairy for a few weeks to see what that does to my weight.

Today: scoop of peanut butter, hard-boiled egg, and two espressos
