Photos of food

Fair warning: for the next week I am going to log all of the things I eat and drink by snapping a photo and posting.

I am terrible at food logs. But I’d like to understand why I am stuck around 94 kilos when a year ago I was 90-92.

Fitbit’s search and food log is, kindly, terrible.

I did a search for beef. Top result is “BA”, whatever that is. Then we see BLT. Um no, that doesn’t have beef in it.

Finally we see beef at the bottom of page 1 and it’s for Woody’s BBQ. What the hell is Woody’s BBQ? Is it a trend all over the US and I’m missing out?!? Never heard of it. So do I take the only other option for beef, Gerber 2nds? Hm… no… Baby food isn’t what I had.

And then I scroll to page 2 which is a long list of bacon. I like bacon more than most but a) beef is not bacon and b) one entry is probably okay for bacon (and yep, Woody’s BBQ makes the bacon list too, wtf).

I like the device, the app is pretty sad.
