Cross-posting to Facebook for my posts

Starting today I am trying an experiment: my posts to One Goal, One Month are being cross-posted to a Facebook page of the same name. I’m curious to see which avenue gets more feedback, more traffic, more “likes”, etc.

It’s not strictly speaking a fair comparison as my Tumblr page has 23 followers and Facebook has 0. But a one month trial is interesting so here we go in April.

My prediction: at the end of the month I will have more interactions on Facebook for the same or similar content.

I just completed my WOD “Open 13.3”

Hey,
I just completed my WOD, “Open 13.3”

Mar 23, 2013, 7:13

For Repetitions: 240

Tie-breaker time 9:11

150 wall balls
90 DUs
30 muscle ups

I did nicely on wallballs, quick DUs for a 9:11. Then spent three minutes attempting muscle ups fruitlessly. Need to nail those for next year.
