7 rounds:

  • 7 handstand push-ups, 
  • 7 thrusters @135/95LBS, 
  • 7 knees to elbows, 
  • 7 deadlifts @245/165LBS, 
  • 7 burpees, 
  • 7 2-pood kettlebell swings, 
  • 7 pull-ups

This was a very, very long workout. And yep, it was tough. Thrusters at 135# was a lot of weight for me. The HSPUs are also on my kryptonite list.
