Rest Day

Ah yes, the feeling that you could hit the gym, could go hard, but… you also feel a little creaky and yes, the legs are spongy and you know it’s rest day.

One of the harder things to do when you get into a groove is to stop and take an easy day. Today I will go for a few short walks, maybe order the Nike+ FuelBelt I have been eying. But that’s it. Oh and it’s Day 18 of our burpee challenge so I will need to knock those out at some point.
