I skipped Crossfit today. I just couldn’t find the motivation. To get this out of my system:
1. I’ve done three tough WODs this week
2. Working a lot, not enough sleep
3. Tough football game tomorrow
4. Eating terrible food lately, can certainly feel that
Okay, with that done I can now focus and kickstart my campaign to compete in a small regional/local competition. And at least I’ll walk to work so today isn’t a total bust.
