June goal

Wow, what a month May was. It started well. I ate better, I rode my
bike, I went to Crossfit. And then work intervened and boom! Two weeks
of bad food, stress, and no workouts. I have 20 days until I weigh in for the challenge with my sister,
maybe less. I’m losing badly righ now. So my goal for this month is
simple really: write down every piece of food or drink. That always
works for me. A simple food log to figure out what I am eating badly
and what I am not.
