Going for a long (for me) ride this morning. 3 eggs, 2 espressos.
Espresso on the ride. Afterwards had a grilled sourdough and beef sandwich, two beers, a little fruit.
Snack was a cucumber with yogurt/chive/cilantro dip (really good find at Trader Joe’s).
Weight Monday morning is 92.4 kilos.
