Cup of yogurt, tsp honey. Two espressos.
2 hard-boiled eggs, cup of yogurt. Three coffee (hm… Seeing too much caffeine, need to watch that)
Crossfit this morning. Ouch.
Lamb vindaloo and carrots for lunch. Nasty.
3 sticks of beef jerky for snacks
Soccer game = 7 beers throughout. Bowl of chicken curry when I got home.
