Apple, 2 tablespoons almond butter, 2 espressos
16 peanuts
Pork lomo, Brussels sprouts, rice (tough day at work), espresso
2 beers. Bowl of beef and veg. Two squares chocolate. Two glasses red wine.
Weight: 92.8 kilos. I gained weight on that?!? I also spent an hour walking yesterday.
