|Good food and drink yesterday. I missed eating 4 almond cookies Susan made. And the cookies are *great* I expected to gain weight somehow, down to 92.1|
Monday April 30
Cup of yogurt, teaspoon of honey, two espressos. This is my normal per-Crossfit meal.
Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs and two sausage patties. Two cups black coffee
Lunch: big salad, tuna, meat, veggies. Two espressos throughout the day.
Snack: two cups of ballpark peanuts. Need to bring some jerky to work
