Odd workout. Didn’t seem like a strength one but it turns out the ring
dips are really hard. And then you run which should be easy but your
arms and chest hurt so running is hard.

Weird workout when double-unders are the rest period.

I am trying out a new app, myWOD (terrible name). I am becoming a Crossfit junkie and want to track things. Historically I post photos of the workout results. But I want an app. 

myWOD shares the workout details okay but

  • Doesn’t allow me to configure which tumblog to post to.
  • Doesn’t allow for editorialization; I often want to comment on the workout.

As such I don’t think anyone would want to read this. When I get a moment I will suggest some changes to the app developer.
