Breakfast: 3 strips of bacon, 3 egg omelette with slice of cheddar cheese, 2 espressos, vitamin c Lunch: 2 espressos
Beef/bacon stew bowl.

Double espresso 24 miles into my ride. Needed that, sloooooooow.

Beef stew, asparagus, dark chocolate
2 glass of rosé
4 glasses red
