Breakfast

Starting the day off with a bowl of blueberries with yogurt. We
usually eat European style whole fat yogurt but we shopped in Maple
Valley and ironically they don’t sell whole fat yogurt. I’ll also eat two hard-boiled eggs for the protein since we’re skiing
today (it’s yucky and raining by the way) and I always get hungry when
we ski. Two Nespressos later and a few glasses of water and I should
be set.
