Rest day

I am tired of being injured. Yesterday my run was curtailed by a
nagging injury to my right Achilles tendon. My groin pull has been
ongoing and painful although it is getting better. So today I am resting. Taking it easy. Not trying to battle through.
I’ll walk around a little instead and stretch out a bit but generally
take a day off. I will eat healthy food today and just be mindful that
health and fitness is 80% diet.

Tomorrow I will start slowly working out again and adding in the conditioning.
