Scales may lie…

But scales do tell part of the story. The good news is I am about half
a kilo lighter than mid-October. The bad news is I am two kilos
heavier than the end of August tipping in at 90.3 this morning. Time for focus. Good diet, sleep, reduced alcohol and chocolate,
change diet cheat day into a few exceptions and not a gorge-fest, walk
more and lift some heavy things.

Still looking for a good November goal. Will figure it out today.
