Weight is up, health is low, fitness is off. So what do I do? Return
to basics. Breakfast was a three-egg omelette with a little leftover
carne asada. Two espressos, a multi-vitamin, and a decongestant round
out the morning. Thinking of doing the new 21 day primal challenge in November. I’m
skeptical there is anything new there but regimen tends to work well
for me when I lose my way.
