October goal

Hard, bad month on a lot of fronts. No goals, fitness drifting, cold from hell. But I plan to finish strong. I will post daily on fitness for the rest
of this month. Writing about it usually makes it happen for me.

Although its diet cheat day I started with a cup of yogurt (no
berries, we’re out), two slices of ham, and Nespresso of course. Up
next is a run to work, hope the rain holds off for the morning.
