Moderate lift, still have a cold

I awoke this morning to a return of my seemingly never-ending cold.
Wow, this sucker will not let go. Better than last week, still not
good. Nonetheless I hit the gym and did some single arm kettlebells, some
pushups, pulldowns and some stretching too. My hips are pretty tight
from football so I need to find some good exercises to strengthen

Still not set on an October goal, maybe I will wind up simply trying
to be non sick.
