Back to the gym

I slacked off on weight lifting this summer. It’s tough to hit a
routine when the kids are out of school. This morning though I’m
heading back. Re-starting weights is always tough, my body knows the
aches are coming and I am a little groggy this morning. Primal
Blueprint would likely say not to lift then, but I know myself and
know if I don’t start I will just keep on keeping on and lose more
fitness. It’s a lovely full moon right now so I won’t bother weighing in until mid-week.
