Thursday, 80/20 flag on the play

I did pretty well all week. Worked out some, ate pretty well. Somehow
Thursday at 5 just hit me. I planned in dinner with my colleagues and
somehow a burger and beer was just the thing. But before we left….
someone had left some cookies on the snack counter and wham, three
disappeared down my craw. Damn, diet cheat day started early. I won’t beat myself up though, it’s Friday morning and I have not
consumed six maple bars yet:-)
